Shipping Policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At HUMM, we aim to process and ship all orders as quickly and carefully as possible.

All orders are fulfilled through our logistics partner Hive Fulfillment using trusted international carriers.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

During launches, drops, restocks or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Netherlands: 1–2 business days
  • Europe: 2–5 business days
  • International: 4–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs, carrier delays or seasonal demand.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active.

Customs & Duties

For international orders outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Information

HUMM is not responsible for lost packages or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping details provided during checkout.

Please carefully review your address before placing an order.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused and in original condition
  • All tags and original packaging must be included
  • Sale items or limited drop items may be excluded from returns

  • Your order number
  • Full name
  • Reason for return

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours after delivery with clear photos of the issue.

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
